School's Out For Summer!!!

Today was the last day of school of the 2007-2008 school year and I am left with mixed feelings. On one hand, I am so ready for a break but on the other I don't feel like I was really prepared for school to be over. It just kind of ended. It still doesn't feel like it is about to be summer. As much as they drive me crazy sometimes, I do miss the kids during the summer. 

I feel like I am getting in over my head for next year though. It was my wonderful idea to start a school newspaper and I volunteered myself to be the faculty advisor. Smart, huh? I think it will be good for the kids and fun for me...eventually. The first issue is going to be the most challenging because I have to train the staff on news writing over the summer because the first issue is coming out the first day of school. 

Well, now that summer has begun I am going to chill for a little while. I am exhausted and the season finale of Grey's comes on tonight so I need to rest up!
