Run, Run Rudolph and Strawberry Limeade

I haven't been a faithful blogger lately! I don't know where my days go! These past 2 weeks have been full of crazy non-stop madness. I am ready for 2009 so maybe our lives will slow down a bit.
The week after Thanksgiving was especially hectic for us. It started with getting home late Sunday night from Huntsville and ended with the Jars of Clay concert, Elder/Staff Christmas party, a win for the Trojans and my sis coming for a visit. Yes, that was all in a week, not to mention the other little things that happened throughout the week.
I did have a bit of down time this past Sunday afternoon before our life group Christmas party and I spent it at the park shooting my sister. Check out the pics! She even managed to get some cute ones of me and Jeremy!

Life group Christmas party was just one of the many adventures for this week, although this week has been considerably slower than the one before. I do love this time of year though, all the Christmas spirit energizes me and helps me make it through the crazy days.
I am having the yearbook girls over for our Christmas party Sunday afternoon. The theme is Tacky Christmas Sweaters. The girls seem to be having fun raiding their moms closets to find something to wear. This should produce some pretty funny pictures, no doubt!
I have been in a down mood today and a little ill, maybe because of the weather. Who knows? But, just a few minutes ago, at the beginning of 7th period Mr.Horn brought me a Strawberry Limeade from Sonic. Now, before you go giving props to him, the real credit goes to my great friend Kristen. See, earlier this week Dale sent an email with a trivia question "Who knows where the name Adullam came from?" whoever answered it correctly by 3:30 pm that day was entered into a drawing for a drink from Sonic. Well several of us answered so the next afternoon after Kristen and I bugged him all day about how we should win, he sends an email out saying whoever is #4 and #7 to respond wins. Well, I was #5. Boo! Well, he went today and brought me a drink anyways. But Kristen had told him when he went to get an extra cup that she would share with me. Dale just decided that he wanted to get on my good side. He needs to learn that me and Kristen talk! haha! What a great friend, she was going to share her drink with me, it's ok Kristen, it's the thought that counts! THANKS! =)
