Someone (cough...Tracey...cough) complained that I haven't updated my blog in a week and I needed to get on the ball. So this is for you Tracey!
Not too much has been going on, we have just been running around like crazy as usual. Sunday was Mission Sunday at Landmark. It is one of my favorite days because there is so much going on during service communicating with missionaries in other countries and I love hearing how God is using them! This year we heard from the Bates and Daniel and Tex in China, Ramazan -one of the Brinley's friends from Turkey (he was actually there in person!), and Kevin Linderman in Tanzania. Technology is so great because we can actually put them up on the screen and see them and hear them all the way from across the world.
We ate lunch with Jeremy's parents after church and hung out over there until about 3 when we left to go to the visitation for Mr. Jackson. We ended up waiting in line for 2 hours at the funeral home. After that, it was home to change clothes and get ready for the community gettogether at the Fowler's. We had a great time hanging out and getting to know people we wouldn't even normally see. I really enjoyed the time we spent over there and I would love to explore the option of being in a community based LifeGroup. We didn't get home until a little after 8 p.m. Sunday night and we left our house at 7:15 Sunday morning! Needless to say, we were EXHAUSTED by the end of the day.
Monday it was back to the daily grind. We have increased our mileage for our 5k, we are up to 2.5 miles a day. Since it was raining Monday we didn't get to run so we did strength training instead. Yesterday we hit the road again and I don't know what is going on with my body but I just plain ran out of energy midrun. It was all I could do to keep my feet moving the whole time. The same thing happened Saturday we we did our long run. I am eating just the same- lots of complex carbs and proteins, tons of fruit and veggies. The first 3 weeks were so easy and I had tons of energy. So today I tried adding some meat to my breakfast- Special K, 2 slices of Turkey Bacon and pineapple. I am also adding a banana and peanut butter crackers to my lunch to see if that will extend my energy. If anyone has anymore suggestions on healthy options to keep me going please let me know! I am running (haha) out of ideas!

Love the black, white and red look on your blog. I haven't looked in awhile so didn't know how new this was, but it's cute.
When you get a chance I've been helping Taylor do some valentine's for his Bible class. Do you have a list of all the kids in there? Your hubby has my email address.
finally! you pinghead! ;-)
PUT SOME MEAT ON THOSE BONES instead of just on your plate!
