cold hands, warm heart?

The past few days my right wrist has REALLY been hurting me, I mean I would grimace anytime I had to turn a facet on, twist a doorknob or crank my car. I asked Dana (the school nurse) about it and she said it was tendinitis and to take an anti-inflammatory and ice it. I was icing it Tuesday night while I was watching 90210 and since Jeremy cares nothing about that show he was editing video on the other end of the couch. About 10 minutes in to the icing process my hand felt abnormally cold so I just reached over and put my hand on his arm so he could feel how cold my hand was and he started freaking out. I looked down at my hand and it had turned blue. Not just had a blue tint but it was BLUE! I had on a sweatshirt and had tied a cloth around my wrist to keep the ice pack in place and apparently it was tied too tight. So, Jeremy freaks out and is trying to untie it and I am laughing hysterically, which isn't making his job any easier. He was scared I was going to have frost bite or something. He laughed about it later but he wouldn't tie the ice pack back on my wrist after that!
